We want to invite you and people you may know with lived experiences of hidden homelessness to a community discussion. At this event, we will share what we have learned and ask for your help in creating a pathway out of hidden homelessness.

Taking care of our mental health is vital for our overall well-being. It's okay to feel sad sometimes, which can happen for various reasons. However, knowing that feeling sad is a normal and natural human emotion is crucial. The key is to find ways to make yourself feel better again. One effective way to cope with sadness is by engaging in physical activities like exercising, practicing daily workouts, or dancing. These activities release endorphins, improving your mood and making you feel good about yourself. Remember that sadness is a passing feeling; you can feel happy again with the proper support and strategies. From my cabin in the wilderness of the Yukon, I am creating joy and sharing it with everyone in the world. Enjoy the light of the Midnight Sun in the Yukon!
