Update on the tragic bus crash in Virginia: Five people are dead, including a 13-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy, after the driver of a motorcoach slammed into stopped traffic on I-95. @FMCSA Administrator Derek Barrs and our investigators are on the ground at the crash site working with the @NTSB.   Local police confirm the driver of this motorcoach — a man from China who became a U.S. citizen — doesn’t speak English. He received his commercial drivers license from New York State in 2024. Unacceptable. This is exactly why we are holding states’ accountable, enforcing the rules of the road, and cracking down on drivers who can’t speak English. If you can’t be properly trained, read our road signs, or communicate with law enforcement, you have no business driving a bus. Our investigators are reviewing New York licensing records, training documentation, and the driver's history. Dukes had already been convicted twice for carrying a pistol without a license.  During this latest encounter with police, he was carrying a stolen gun, led the police on a chase, and ran into oncoming traffic to avoid them. Repeat offenders like Dukes have really got to ask themselves if it’s all worth the serious federal consequences they face.

MacArthur Park Update This morning, @FBILosAngeles arrested Michael Angel Alvarez, 41, a.k.a. “Diablo,” an active 18th Street gang member, convicted murderer, and Los Angeles “Peace Ambassador” who is being paid with L.A. city taxpayer dollars. According to Councilwoman Eunisses Hernandez: “Peace Ambassadors are embedded in the communities they serve. Their presence strengthens safety networks and ensures families have someone to turn to outside of law enforcement when facing non-emergency conflict or community stress.” Alvarez is charged in a federal criminal complaint with possession of body armor by a violent felon, which carries a statutory maximum sentence of five years in federal prison. According to an affidavit filed with the complaint, Alvarez was paid more than $58,000 last year for his work for Healing Urban Barrios, an organization that contracted with the city for its Peace Ambassador program that is run in the city’s Council District 1, which includes MacArthur Park. Alvarez was convicted in 2002 for first-degree murder for which he was sentenced to 50 years to life in state prison, but was released by the State of California after serving just 24 years’ imprisonment. There is no indication Alvarez has ever stopped associating with the 18th Street gang. In fact, in jailhouse telephone call recordings of Alvarez since his release from state prison, he discussed assaulting individuals for breaking gang rules. @LAPDRampart officers who searched Alvarez’s car near MacArthur Park on May 18 discovered two body armor plates in the trunk. The plates are from Las Vegas and are marketed as “the highest protection level available on the civilian market.” The hardworking tax payers of Los Angeles deserve better than to see their money shelled out to a convicted gang murderer.

🚨SENTENCED🚨 An illegal alien from India was sentenced to 10 years for sex trafficking minors in Omaha. Two teens aged 15 and 16, were trafficked to the AmericInn hotel from out of state to be sold for commercial sex. The two minor victims reported that their traffickers had ordered them to have sex with hotel staff in exchange for a reduced room rate, threatening to evict them if they refused. Two hotel employees paid the trafficker to have sex with one of the minors, while a third employee had sex with the other. Patel, an employee at the AmericInn, admitted to taking money from the hotel till to pay the traffickers for sex with one of the victims. Hotel staff then allowed the traffickers and the minors to remain at the hotel for several days. During that time, the traffickers posted online advertisements for commercial sex and arranged paid sex acts involving the underage victims. The minors said they were given little food and felt they had no choice but to comply with the traffickers’ demands.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ 5 others have also been criminally charged.

Scott Jennings is right: Republicans were *not* the “people who defended opening fire hoses on protestors in the 60s.” That was Democrats. Democrats routinely try to hide their party’s Jim Crow past by wrongly attributing it to Republicans. That’s shameful.

Honestly, the more you dig into arrests records the more it becomes clear that something is going on here. I have found over 50+ Hispanic men in my county in NC that are labeled as WHITE MALES in arrest records. Almost ALL of them are illegal aliens. How do you explain this?!

Look no further than Speaker Johnson, Jim Jordan, and House Republicans. They’ve refused to hold even one activist judge accountable for 15 months, Jim Jordan has been letting Articles of Impeachment against Judge Boasberg gather dust since April 2025, and they still won’t defund these rogue district courts. So why wouldn’t more rogue judges continue to block the Trump admin? No one will rein them in.

People can make their own choices, but it’s hard not to notice the hypocrisy when someone suddenly has a problem with “politics” after years of performing only for the Democrats. Either way, America will survive just fine without Martina McBride at the party.

Over the course of this investigation, I have been swatted, threatened, heavily targeted, subjected to false CPS reports, and harassed to the point that one of my harassers was ultimately sent to prison. Just two days ago, another false complaint resulted in law enforcement being sent to my home yet again. I ask for your prayers while I am there. I ask for prayers for the Metcalfs as well.
