It looks bleak because Anderson lacks the hunger/desire to be great, and I was never that high on Torrez to begin with, and he’s small for heavyweight.

@TinynMickey @BOXINGnBBQ I think when TR lost their broadcast deal, it forced a lot of their prospects to take on tougher competition.
Great in theory, but when it hits the fan (like yesterday), it makes the promoter have second thoughts about pushing the fighter.

@gstreetblak @BOXINGnBBQ Yea, I was never super high on him either but after Jared Anderson essentially drifted away, a lot of faith was put into Torrez to carry the torch for American heavyweight boxing.
It was a tough task but I can respect him for trying.
