On the frequent occasion that I'm asked to attend a work event that occurs after 5, I now respond that childcare for my kids closes at 5:30 pm. If we all push back a bit, maybe things will truly start to shift. #worklifebalance @500womensci @500WS_Corvallis @ORSTATEADVANCE
