I’ve been using JBL for years and swear by the brand, but my JBL Tune 235NC battery has degraded after 2 year. Need help with a battery replacement to get my favorite buds working again! @JBLSoundIn @JBLaudio @Harman

@GraysOrbit7 You can certainly use it during your deliveries, but we highly suggest keeping it out of direct sunlight. Additionally, please avoid leaving the speaker inside a parked vehicle, as enclosed cars can trap heat and reach extreme temperatures that could affect the unit. [2/2]

So I bought the JBL extreme 3 for 115 (normally 280) definitely a good purchase. Now im afraid. to use it on my deliveries only because its going to be hot, will it be fine @JBLaudio can you answer this lol

@JBLaudio I am really appalled at the quality of your speaker bar. Bought one in sept 2024 and in one and a half year the mother board has gone twice. Pathetic is the only word I have for the quality. My Sony system lasted me for ages with no problems. Hope you can resolve.

@JBLaudio we need a better USBC earphones here in LATAM than the 310C, they sound kinda meh, you can do much better, I'd pay double if the audio quality is doubled and the plug is hopefully replaceable, but not a must, mostly audio quality
