Yes, you can. When you play in a tournament, all of your decks must contain cards of the same language, so you could run a CN Legend, French Runes, and English Main deck as long as they're all of the same language. A lot of players are currently deciding on bringing Chinese spiritforged cards to Bologna so that they have the cards for the tournament. So they could use their set 1 English runes, and their set 2 Chinese legend and main deck.

Chinese Riftbound distributor Shining Soul will release a 2026 Lunar New Year box for Chinese players. The box will contain an Irelia Legend Promo card, card sleeves, a Playmat, 3 Spiritforged booster packs, a poro coin (10% chance to be golden) and 8 single card boosters! 🧧

@PEKatchouze Oh yeah, Punch First definitely makes a lot of games a "you either have it or you don't", which is a lot of fun stress to put opps under. If more board presence decks are gonna take off, then I like Fiora's game plan - just gotta make purple removal to hand feel bad for them, too

@JB_Caster Yeah but I’ve not felt like it was impossible to do, whereas mathing when attacking a Fiora BF is kinda xD « Mhh they have 1 rune open and a buff, + Fiora’s shield if mighty, so this rune represents a 9 might swing I see » 😵‍💫🥸

⚔️ UPDATED LIST FOR THE FIORA GUIDE Having access to Sabotage, Punch First & Riposte really makes me think it’s a sleeper pick for AT LEAST A-TIER 😤 🔗 below

@PEKatchouze I think the scarier ones are how consistently they draw non-target kill spells. Their rune counts stay high and they can just pick you off a lot and save their cheap spells for late game swarms. Trying to figure out how to run their resources down is part of the shitty puzzle 🙃

@JB_Caster I’ve not tested into Viktor control too much but yeah, feels like your harder matchups are gonna be removal ones, question being are buffs + en garde + unyielding enough to beat them 🧐
