My wife and I were having a cold war and hadn't spoken to each other for a week. Finally, I decided to break the ice with a game. I wrote on a piece of paper: "Whoever speaks first has to pay for a luxury vacation for the other person. No matter what happens, you cannot talk." My wife nodded. We spent 48 hours in total silence. It was the most peaceful two days of my life. On the third day, my wife walked into the room wearing a brand-new, very expensive, and very strange-looking hat. She stood right in front of me and asked with her eyes what I thought. My mind: "If I say 'It looks beautiful,' I lose the bet and pay for the vacation. If I say 'It looks ridiculous,' I lose the bet and she'll be mad at me for ten years. If I stay silent, she'll think I'm ignoring her beauty and I'll be in trouble anyway." I eventually decided to fake a faint. I have been pretending to be unconscious in the hospital for three days. Visiting hours 11-3
