Nayeli Ayers tied for sixth in the pole vault and PR’d by six inches, clearing 7’2. Regan Hill and Brynn Erickson joined her in the PVPR club by each clearing 6’2.
The girls 4x200 team of Natalia/Zoey/Stevie/Allison won with our season-best time of 1:47.99. That’s the third Little Big South meet record of the day for JCC, and for Natalia. If we gave an athlete of the meet award, she would have been a unanimous choice.
We had tow PRs in the girls 100 Hurdles: Arianna Hanson trimmed another tenth of a second off her best time, and Ella Nesseth cut more than 10 seconds off hers.
In terms of technique, Grant Ambrose ran his best 300 Hurdles race ever. That translated to a third place finish and a PR (44.37). 3rd place = ALL-CONFERENCE
David Botello-Ramos kind of go stuck on an island in the 3200. He was out of reach of the first place guy, and significantly ahead of third place. But, he’s ALL-CONFERENCE
Naiya Ayers ran a strong 3200, finishing second in a PR time of 12:16.42. That’s puts her third on the Freshman list, 5th on the top 10, and she’s ALL-CONFERENCE
