Last night was IncrediBULL! Took these amazing aurora photos on the far south side of Big Bull Creek Park near Edgerton, KS. It was simply amazing to experience the #NorthernLights this far south. Let us know if you got any amazing photos of them too in the KC metro area.

We are thankful for our park crews who worked hard in today's intense heat to remove debris caused by flooding from yesterday's rain.

Due to the very heavy rain we received, all JCPRD paved trails that go along creeks (Coffee Creek Streamway Park, Cedar Niles Parks, Kill Creek Streamway Park, and Mill Creek Streamway Park) are closed due to flooding and debris. Closures through at least Wed. July 3 for cleanup.

John Diemer Summer Camp kids celebrated #WorldMusicDay by listening to Phaedra Moll play a harp! OST Program Director Lea Giesbrecht also played a song in a duet with Phaedra. This is just one of many fun activities that kids get to enjoy through Children’s Services summer camps!

Rough outing today at Shawnee Mission Park main course in Lenexa, KS, but played the new Art course there also and it is pretty neat place to take kids and beginners for a not so serious round.
