An examination of the Constitution will reveal the foundational responsibilities of the Federal government. The original Department architecture was built around those responsibilities. They did not have Departments with missions to manage healthcare and housing and energy and certainly climate change. May be today’s citizens believe climate is so important and states don’t care about the environment inside their states the climate will collapse. Then citizens should support amending the Constitution to legitimize these responsibilities. The flip side is departments that do not have the support to win approval of a Constitutional Amendment must be illuminated. I’d guess that would be about 50% of Departments independent agencies and committees to hit Elon’s 50% level. Mr Trump has begun with the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. A wonderful choice. But Mr Trump hasn’t the time to finish. It’s therefore critical constitutional conservatives win elections. It’s not a matter of Republican or Democrat It’s a matter do u want to save this Republic from bankruptcy and poverty. Our choice.
