This is another chance to improve with what the Saga started. There was a lot to learn from the Saga, and I am expecting a more thoroughly executed successor, not another parallel.

I knew Honor would have a 180MP telephoto camera, but at 68mm? 90mm would have been more pleasing, but that makes you think about what is better? Is a dual telephoto setup like the Xiaomi 13 Ultra and Oppo X7 Ultra better than what the Magic6 Pro has? Testing will show that.

The Vivo X100 Ultra should be the first X series phone with the aura portrait ring

I think airdropping all that BONK and having all this utility for the Saga is an awesome perk, but the phone itself is still mediocre on many fronts. And it deserves MKBHD's Bust of the Year award for everything revolving around "what it means to be a web3 phone"

The Nubia Z60 Ultra has great camera hardware as they finally gave a way better sensor to the telephoto cam. As great as the hardware is, their camera processing is just average overall. Nubia phones greatly benefit from Gcam.

The Oppo Find X7 Ultra with it's dual 3x (70mm?) and 6x (140mm?) sensors that seem to be very large are so appealing that it is a great contender up against the Vivo X100 Ultra that might or might not have a dual telephoto setup.

Recent OnePlus base model phones haven't always impressed me too much. This time, the OnePlus 12 with it's type 1/2" 64MP 70mm is very attractive. Definitely better than the 11's 32MP 48mm type 1/2.74" sensor that was practically laughable.

If the S24 Ultra has both as 10MP 3x 70mm and 50MP 5x 120mm setup, that doesn't sound too bad since the Xiaomi 13 Ultra has something similar. However, a 10MP telephoto cam on an ultra phone is inexcusable. It's probably going to be a small sensor too.

I thought the HONOR Magic phones had a really nice design that complimented the camera ring. Now the Vivo X100 takes that up a notch.

What makes IQOO phones distinct is that they are gaming phones with really nice camera software. Now with really solid camera hardware on the IQOO 12 phones, you just made a very attractive phone that deviates from gaming and goes into a very well all rounder.

I am impressed that the 70mm Vivo X100 can take very good photos at 230mm. And this is a 64MP sensor, so what will a 200MP sensor with the Pro+ give us...?

The IMX989 was a testament to see who could use the most out of the hardware. Now with Lytia, we will see once again on where software crosses with hardware and who does it best.

@JCTechCorner Pro Plus doesn't have same focal lengths probably Most likely 4x 200mp zoom and 50mp 2x portrait But as for as Pro and base , they use one zoom most likely Oppo on other hand likely to use 2 Zoom lenses this time

This is somewhat odd. The X100 and Pro will have the same telephoto sensor, but the X100 will be around 70mm and the Pro at 100mm? Both would be good at portraits, but this is how Vivo will distinguish the base vs pro? So then the Pro Plus will have both a 70mm and 100mm cam?

@EnkindledOnes I don't object to using a 100mm OV64B lens. I'm just not sure if giving the X100 a 70mm cam and Pro a 100mm cam is the best idea. Both are good focal lengths but achieve different portrait results.

Creators need to be careful around posting tutorials on YT about how to bypass the YT adblock ban because as far as I know, that is indeed against the TOS. Same with talking about NewPipe, ReVanced projects, and more. Anything that bypasses monetization on any site is a strike.

I hope the X100 Pro has a 64MP 90mm telephoto and the Pro+ has a 200MP 90mm telephoto. This would mean both the Pro and Pro+ are great for portraits, but the Pro+ has better HDR and zoom capabilities for its telephoto.
