Incredibly proud of the @WWLPatientExp team for reaching the final of the Star Awards for non-clinical team of the year (corporate). We didn’t win overall but the team are still very proud of what we have achieved. Congratulations to @vjstevens8 for winning hidden gem 2023 ♥️

Remember F.A.S.T for the signs of a stroke.
Face – has their face fallen on one side? Can they smile?
Arms – can they raise both arms and keep them there?
Speech – is it slurred?
Time – it’s time to call 999.
When stroke strikes remember to Act F.A.S.T. nhs.uk/actFAST

It's #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth.
Breast cancer can have several symptoms. Get used to checking your breasts regularly and be aware of anything that’s new or different for you.

The early symptoms of a heart attack don’t always feel severe.
A squeezing across the chest. A feeling of unease.
It’s never too early to call 999 and describe your symptoms.

Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay2023 many of us struggle with our mental health and I am one of them. It’s ok not to be okay and it’s good to talk to others. That’s a sign of strength not weakness. Taking that first step can make such a difference and it can be talking to anyone you feel able to. Today take a look at people around you and see if they are ok sometimes just asking can be the invitation to open up the strength in someone to say they are not. If everyone does that and one person talks it’s a positive day! If today isn’t a good one for you remember tomorrow could be and take each day as it comes! ❤️
