@BigJessT @RedMountainSpo1 Staff was never denied workers comp coverage. Issue was a temporary lapse in coverage resulting in fines. We were unable to pay the fines.

From the looks of it, the J Clyde : - failed to have workers comp insurance, - failed to pay fines and address lack of insurance issues with the state - closed down because of the above failings, putting staff out of work (at least temporarily) @JClyde_Bham does that sum it up?

I just read @JClyde_Bham closed? Sad. One of the great all time craft beer bars I’ve visited anywhere.
