We’re taking industrial action today to call on ABC management to provide us with an offer in Enterprise Bargaining that provides quality jobs, so we can deliver the quality news and content Australians rely on. #QualityNewsQualityJobs

I fixed the Forest Fire Management Victoria tax payers funded advertising blitz. Unfortunately the greatest risk to many of our native animals and ecosystems is FFMVs dodgy loophole logging operations 🪵 and largely ineffective burning operations 🔥 #greenwash #wildlifedying

It’s easy to focus on the big picture at Uluṟu, but some of the most powerful moments happen when you look closer. 🔎 Next time you visit, pause. What details do you notice? 🧡 📸 Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa National Park

A Bear, forced to live in appalling conditions in a tiny cage at a bile farm for years, is rescued, and playing in a pool at the @AnimalsAsia sanctuary. It realises that he is truly free...❤️‍🩹. Thank you to everyone who rescued him 🙏. 🎦 Credit: Animals Asia.

Ambition and all is fine. But have you considered being a rhino in an open grassland !! A casual gathering in our national park.

Biodiversity loss is the climate crisis' undervalued twin. Stopping climate change must also mean building resilient habitats for land animals and ocean life. 🐋

The one and only time that I've seen brolgas. Coward Springs along the Oodnadatta Track in 2021. I walked way out into the wetlands as the dry mud cracked under my feet. I picked my way through carefully. I could have sunk into the mud at any moment. I backed up a few times 😄

@agvocate_au @Steve_Dimo Very odd decision. This is a much loved park with tourists flocking to the site for Koala, Emu and Roo encounters. Do they have to dodge bullets and gun dogs @Steve_Dimo ?

Duck hunting at Tower Hill, Koroit starts - tomorrow. According to State Govt More to Explore Hunting maps you can use dogs to flush & retrieve. This local media thinks you can't. Might be an expectation issue there @Steve_Dimo westvicbrolga.com.au/p/tower-hill-p…

Asian tapirs (Tapirus indicus) thrive in forests with high aboveground biomass, not in asphalt roads in Riau, Sumatra. As the sole tapir species in Southeast Asia, the Asian tapir is declining across its range and is classified as Endangered on the IUCN Red List.

War is usually measured in lives lost and cities destroyed. Rarely in forests burned, soils contaminated, rivers poisoned, and wildlife displaced. But the biosphere pays a price for every conflict.
