F1 academy is absolutely useless and all the money invested in it should have been used to push the best women of it into more serious categories, some of them should definitely have shots at F3 and hoping more in the future

again, I ask, what is the natural progression for F1 Academy Graduands? it feels bleak. at least with F3 and F2, it's clear. for F1A, it's not. I think they should consider adding an all-women team to the grid in the future like they do with Iron Dames in WEC et al.

@badhabitxno5 F1AC should offer a seat in F3 and not a championship way below the formula ladder (cough cough GB3) all the women in F1AC (sorry to say this) won’t make it to F1 as they’ll either be too old or won’t progress fast enough to F3 or F2 it’s sad to see would love a woman on the F1

I know this is supposed to be a wholesome tweet but this just makes me sad for the condition of women in motorsports bc wdym they used to share podiums yet she’s stuck in a F4 car while he’ll be debuting in F1 in march

@ln4mcqueen @milanwyddd The entirety of the F1A IS a PR stunt. None of the women you see in there will ever amount to anything. There’s basically zero merit based drivers and they get cooked when they move up to F3 let alone F2. Jamie Chadwick competes on merit in IndyNXT, support her F1A is pointless.

whilst i don’t like her, this shows a bigger problem with f1a. teams are only picking up these female drivers because they have to and once they leave f1a they are suddenly dropped. if actual change is gonna be made they need to stay with the academies for longer

@WillowRaceOn There hasn’t been any confirmation Jamie is racing at Le Mans in June Only a few LMP2 teams have a confirmed entry spot. Her team is not one of them. Jamie will need to wait for the entry list to be announced.

@yyuriveteran @brattyslava It’s not hard for woman. It’s a good rule. It means the grid is kept fresh and new drivers keep coming in. It’s a bottom of the ladder F4 series it’s not a place for them to stay for a long time Female drivers often get more support than male drivers at the same level

@yyuriveteran For Abbi Pulling? She literally isn’t allowed to return to the series as it’s against the rules, a lot of the grid are not allowed to return in 2025. I would expect Pin to move onto something else, another year in F1A would damage any single seater prospects she has

@owentweets0063 @MattP1Tommy And how would she get them? Have you seen her results in 2024? Also points are not the only requirement for a super licence, the points are some of the easiest to get, meeting the other requirements can be harder.
