@EricBalchunas Schwab surveys don't really impress me, they don't even survey their own investors? Schwab Asset Management commissioned Logica Research to conduct an online survey of a total of 2,000 individual investors between the ages of 25 and 75 with at least $25,000 in investable assets

Interesting look at where money into ETFs come from as per new Schwab survey of 2,000 investors. Interesting how many dif pools ETFs can draw from, including DI, which was supposed to disrupt ETFs, now ETFs disrupting them, as we predicted btw). Whole survey was super-optimistic, basically everyone planning to increase usage.

I continue to believe the easiest form of stimulus in the next recession (whenever that is) will be home equity Just lower mortgage rates and ppl will borrow against inflated home values

My working theory is that government debt and spending are just always going to rise and I don't think that's ever really going to change Ppl complain and get mad but nothing ever really changes
