Can no one ever again tell me that “all agents are the same.” Yes, most agents are under-performers. But it is patently untrue to say “all” agents are bad. And here are some numbers to prove it.

@Jon_Hunt_Trader She’s as straight as they come. I’d suggest putting these questions to her. Start by giving her the benefit of the doubt. She’s won Best Estate Agent in the country two year’s running. Price reductions aren’t a relevant stat here. She’s talking about her listed to sold ratio.

@moving_charlie I actually would like to ask as it ever been worth the original asking price? What were homes selling for on this street 18 months ago? Is this the market reducing or just an over optimistic estate agent or vendor in the first instance?

I am cheerfully ignored, even by members of my own family, when I warn of the perils of “chasing the market down”. No one thinks it will happen to them. And yet… With the double-drop in price on one day this week, you can see panic is setting in for these sellers.
