@dashrnt41300 Mary, mother of Jesus, would have been 15 at the time of the annunciation. I have come across suggestions she may have even been 12. So...a literalist would say it is biblical. This is at least evidence that morality changes, because pregnancy at 12-15 would now be deemed wrong.

P.S. even if religion is wrong and there is no hereafter, this life is still a blessing and building a family (circumstances permitting) is a good and wholesome thing to do. We can still find meaning with no afterlife rewards or punishments.

No offense intended but...death cult vibes. In the Lord's prayer we say "Thy Kingdom Come" not "Let's just wait until we die." Have kids because building a better world is worthwhile.

Something we don't talk about nearly enough is the epistemic problem at the heart of UFO disclosure.
