P.S. even if religion is wrong and there is no hereafter, this life is still a blessing and building a family (circumstances permitting) is a good and wholesome thing to do. We can still find meaning with no afterlife rewards or punishments.

Adherents of religion who dogmatically assert that aliens or UFOs are demons are the height of provincial, epistemically closed thinking. We live in an age where we have access to so much information we can study. There is no excuse for this sort of rubbish.

Something we don't talk about nearly enough is the epistemic problem at the heart of UFO disclosure. In short—how do you trust information that is coming from the very people and institutions who job it was to lie in the first place? Even that is grossly oversimplifying things. Virtually every path of inquiry that I’ve taken with regard to the UFO phenomenon has brought me back to the same topic—mind control. The bedrock of all of this, in the realm of both the human and the non-human, is the systematic shaping of belief systems at the individual and the cultural level. The control mechanism is not esoteric or abstract. It’s very real. I’m going to be writing and speaking about that a lot more this year.
