NCAA Basketball Tournament tip times have been released.

@MrsKryStallion Apparently that algorithm does already exist to reseed, if MSHSAA could buy it or find it.

@JDSTOLI One easy possibility is to re-seed the district winners. As in this case, District 3 & 4 have been the same 2 teams for 5 years... granted they could still play each other in the elite 8 due to seeding. Without diving into stats other districts could maybe also benefit.

Trojans win districts for 5th year in a row to be matched up against Incarnate Word.. Congratulations on an another great season, maybe someday MSHSAA will make a change in the brackets.
