@JDWilliamsUSA I've been in contact with customer services twice since I posted this , with promises of a complaint being raised and an email to send in proof of being faulty and again nothing. I was going to ask for a replacement but now it can just go back and I'll get a bed elsewhere

@BBCWatchdog please can you investigate Evri! It seems a number of customers are experiencing the same problem where they are just keeping parcels for weeks on end with no attempt or intention of delivery and no way of contacting anyone😒
