@MayorOfWY @YvetteCooperMP Thank you for your support Tracy. The justice minister @DominicRaab needs to prioritise this INjustice that is repeated over and over again in our courts.

@TheLaurences_ I was one of the recipients in this post. Princess Anne certainly stepped up and was knowledgeable about the reason for my investiture, which was impressive to do at the last minute.

‘We are broken’: The mothers whose daughters were murdered by their abusive partners. Sam Shrewsbury and Claire McGrath tell Maya Oppenheim of the hell they have lived through since their children’s deaths. independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-n… “We might smile but deep down, we are broken. We are broken women who have lost children. We shouldn't outlive our kids. We shouldn't have to bury our daughters, our sisters, our aunts.”

To all the kids in Birmingham getting their results today (including my own) good luck and to all the parents too, who if my house is anything to go by, are more concerned than the kids.

It's 11 years since me and @ClarrieCensus had our first conversation and one which led to us developing The Femicide Census. It's 9 years since we launched, 5 years since we became an established at legal entity: a limited company, 3 years since we became a CIC ... and yesterday our application to convert to a charity was approved! The Femicide Census is a registered charity!

We have some exciting news! As of yesterday, we have become a registered charity!

This weekend will be the 8th anniversary of Jo’s murder. We’ll be marking it by celebrating her life & what would have been her coming 50th birthday! Our kids are putting on a mini concert of her favourite songs & we’ll be remembering all she meant to us and to so many others.
