@TT_stocks_ I feel like $SIVE is ready to blow. Short interest and earnings next week. Seems to have some good momentum building too

To be clear I don’t have a specific date for the FDA approval, it’s “in May” .. per the company. So might be today, tomorrow, next week. It’s a risky binary event so don’t put all your eggs in one basket you crazy people. $OTLK
The Titan Traders@TT_stocks_

Trimmed $FCEL calls and shares along with some $TE to make room for $OTLK FDA decision coming within a few days (maybe today) and it’s something you don’t want to miss imho Don’t care if you take it or not, but I’ll be on record here to make sure I alerted it before the move.

@CraigHope_DM I think they could use some more humility and accountability in that statement.

🚨 Southampton statement after they fail in Spygate appeal... "Southampton Football Club has this evening been informed that the EFL’s League Arbitration Panel has upheld the sanctions imposed earlier this week. As a result, the club will not participate in Saturday’s Championship Play-Off Final. This is an extremely disappointing outcome for everybody connected with Southampton Football Club. We know how painful this moment will be for our supporters, players, staff, commercial partners and the wider community who have given so much backing to the team throughout the season and we apologise once again to everyone impacted by this. While we fully acknowledge the seriousness of this matter and the scrutiny that has followed, the club has consistently believed the original sporting sanction was disproportionate, a view that has been widely shared by many in the football community over the last 24 hours. We would like to place on record our sincere thanks to our supporters for the support, patience and loyalty they have shown throughout an incredibly difficult period. We will share information as soon as possible in relation to ticket refunds for those who bought tickets to Wembley. Southampton Football Club has a proud history and strong foundations, but it is clear that trust now needs to be rebuilt. That work begins immediately. The club will reflect carefully on the events that have led to this point, learn from them and take the necessary steps to move forward responsibly. While tonight is a painful moment, this football club will respond with humility, accountability and determination to put things right.

Seeing how quickly the #EFL managed to turn this one around has anyone thought about asking them to take a look at those 115 charges City have been dragging out for ages? #Boro #Saintsfc

With the failed appeal out the way #saintsfc can now focus on the task at hand and clear all the bad eggs out of their club starting with Eckert. Feel for the fans who have done nothing wrong but end up being the ones who suffer most.

@TT_stocks_ Great recovery back to last week's levels. Taken some profits to plug into $now in case there's a mention on the Nvidia call 🤞

@mattletiss7 @Lee6378 Ok Matt, let's take your example of diving. That's usually 1 player, in the heat of the moment in 1 game. Unless you're saying you went into games looking to dive? From what we know this was systemic cheating, directed by the manager over a series of months. That's premeditated.

@Lee6378 So by your rationale every club that has a player dive to win a penalty should be thrown out of the competition? Would that be proportionate.

When the efl made the rule change after bielsa was caught spying, wouldnt it have been sensible to put alongside that what the punishment would be if the crime was committed. That would’ve saved them a lot of trouble. I think it’s important that the punishment fits the crime btw

But the thing is, you have to feel sorry for the majority of #soton fans. They've put £100s and hours into following their team for their own team to screw them out of a day at Wembley, and a potential season in the Prem. The punishment fits the crime, but it's harsh on the fans

Also it is convenient that they have admitted to 3 games where the results went against them, but with strangely large gaps between them. Likely because these weren't one offs against key opponents but a systemic approach where they've been caught out 3x. #soton #saints#efl

#soton fans and former employees comparing this to a life sentence for getting caught speeding would be laughable if it wasn't so serious. This isn't a life sentence, you'll be back in the Championship next year, and hopefully you won't cheat this time. #saints    #efl
