(Also not particularly appropriate, tbf, but I think it’s much less so from the Chair). I get that Harlos makes almost any group project difficult and drama-filled. But is it too much to expect a Chair to behave like a grown-ass adult? (Rhetorical question)

@cara_schulz Back when I was involved in this sort of thing, a motion to go in to closed session had to state the reasons which were generally limited and defined by law or by-law. I.e. "move to adjourn to closed session to discuss pending litigation/real estate negotiation/personnel matters"
