@Frances82606806 @Nicomilan1899 Who said anything about him being a savior? I’m asking for a measly sub appearance for a striker who’s playing well when you’re losing. Instead sub in 3 defenders and SES whose contract isn’t being renewed… what are we talking about here…..

@JED04 @Nicomilan1899 He might be, but at the same time he's just a kid. Can the strategies, hopes, and fate of a team rest on the shoulders of someone who hasn't demonstrated to be a fully developed player yet?

@Frances82606806 @Nicomilan1899 He didn’t give a minute to Vaz who is perhaps the most in form player for Gasperini right now. He is responsible for his own failures separate from Massara

#asroma

@JED04 @itzCATTAFI @GiallorossiGal1 @RomeAntics_ That's just not true now is it? Since Mourinho's second season, his place in the team has never been guaranteed apart from the time with DDR.. He was pushed out, got his armband taken away, and Mancini and Cristante were made the group leaders.. Not Pellegrini..

@JED04 @GiallorossiGal1 @RomeAntics_ We had Dybala who can barely score 20 goals all comps a season, Lukaku who could barely get on the scoresheet in our colours. The list goes on. Last season he barely played. The problem is the team around him. If he were on anh of the teams ahead of us, hes a candidate for MVP

Luciano Spalletti, Daniele De Rossi, Lorenzo Pellegrini. #Asroma

@itzCATTAFI @GiallorossiGal1 @RomeAntics_ What do you mean the scapegoat? He is the only player to be on the team for the last 5 years and consistently be a starter in attack. He is the problem.

@GiallorossiGal1 @RomeAntics_ @JED04 Hes been the scape goat for an offense and defense that severely has under performed. Pellegrini is the only player on that squad that knows what it means to play for the badge

@GiallorossiGal1 @RomeAntics_ This is the correct answer. Pellegrini, Cristante and Mancini have been with the club for 8 years and they have never gotten above 5th. “He wasn’t a disaster” is not good enough anymore when you are past your prime and others can develop

He wasn’t a disaster. Been absolutely hopeless for 3-4 seasons now, give some else the opportunity he’s had to prove himself. Replace the foundations and start saying. You can live your life with wool over your eyes but I can see the opportunities he and others have had and can see enough is enough. Time for change.

@Blxncx_4 It was rumored to be that the rest of the squad didn’t like him because he “ratted” out a few other players out in the gambling circus tha happened. And that’s why he’s not called up. I’m not sure how true that is though

Discordam? Quais nomes merecem ser aproveitados e quais ficam no passado? Vamos debater por aqui!

People keep saying "just cut sugar" without understanding what 350g per day is actually doing to the tissue of your face. When you eat that much sugar, your pancreas is releasing massive amounts of insulin all day long. That insulin signals your kidneys to reabsorb sodium. And sodium holds water. So your face is carrying this layer of subcutaneous fluid that blurs your jawline, puffs your cheeks, swells the tissue around your eyes. You stop the sugar, the insulin drops, the sodium flushes, and within 3 to 5 days the water comes off your face. That alone changes how you look dramatically. But there's a second thing happening that takes longer. Sugar molecules are literally bonding to the collagen and elastin in your skin through a process called glycation. These bonded structures, called AGEs, crosslink your collagen fibers so they become stiff and can't repair. Your skin loses its ability to snap back. Four months of controlled blood sugar reduces glycated collagen by 25%. And then the Mediterranean piece. People hear "Mediterranean" and think olive oil and wine. What actually matters is the systemic inflammation drop. You go from a high-glycemic processed diet to whole foods, omega-3s from fish, walking 8,000 steps because that's just how you get around, sleeping better because your blood sugar isn't crashing at 2am. Every one of those independently lowers your inflammatory markers. TNF-alpha, IL-6, C-reactive protein. All of them come down. And your face is one of the most vascularized, inflammation-sensitive surfaces on your body. So you're looking at this photo thinking one thing changed. Three completely separate biological systems all reversed at the same time, on the same square inches of skin.

this is what 350g sugar a day and moving to the mediterranean did to my face.
