5% of sculptures in the US Capitol are of women. Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sandra Day O'Connor should have sculptures---and then we need sculptures for 236 more women for equity!

Sometimes change happens one woman at a time! The U.S. Capitol currently has 252 sculptures of men...and 14 of women. I’m working to change that. My bipartisan bill to honor Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sandra Day O’Connor with their own statues just passed the Senate.

Not only do corporate women (42%) report being more burned out that men (35%) - they do more to combat it: managing team workloads, supporting DEI & checking in on employees. But it is not rewarded. Only 25% of companies formally recognize this work. hbr.org/2021/10/women-…
