My dtr drives a leased @jeep. Twice, It has completely lost all power while driving. Twice, they almost crashed. Weeks of review by 2 engineers-
no cause found. Jeeps response is, no can’t let you out of your lease. Absolute insanity
@soudipop Hello, Brian. Thank you for tagging us and bringing this to our attention. We would like to look into this further for you. Please send us a DM with the last eight characters of the VIN, mileage, and the name of the dealership you are working with. ^YA
.@Jeep So my 4xe is being towed to the dealer for the 7th time in 16 months. Same issue every time!
How is this possible?
We’ve spent more than 40 hours dealing with this. Plus Lyft ride $$.
What do I do now?
@ashtn_og Hello there! If you would like to discuss your case further, then please send a private message with your case number for us to review. Thank you. ^HC
@Jeep Hey @Jeep@StellantisNA, I won my lemon law case for my ‘23 Jeep GCL weeks ago, but you are now ~30 days past the deadline for my buyback with no scheduling or payment.Enforcement has been filed, I’m still waiting.
Would appreciate someone stepping in to get this resolved.

Why did the app market app suddenly appear in my Home Screen replacing the title of music? How do I get the music title back? Thank you. 2025 jeep wrangler @jeep@Jeep_Life

Have to love when you buy a $70/$80K car from @Jeep but can’t take it in for WEEKS when there is an issue and they have no idea how long they will need to keep it. Seriously?
@9Jukebox9 Hi there,
We are sorry to learn about your recent vehicle experience. Kindly send us a private message with your VIN and further details about your vehicle concerns. ^BC
@Jeep My first car when I got out of college was a Jeep , I had it for 8 years and it served me well. Now, I have a wrangler and I love it. Not one issue. Unfortunately, it will be my last one as I’m not being treated right by the brand. No loyalty to me like I had for them.
@Jeep your customer service and fulfillment agency for the 68C recall gift card and reimbursements for rentals, has been awful. Its another reason I'm trading in my jeep for a @Ford Bronco. I know a single customer isn't that important but I wont ever buy a jeep again.
@uncbells23 Hello, please send us a direct message with the last eight characters of the VIN or your case number so we can look into this further for you. ^YA
@Jeep@JeepCares
Called customer care who gave me zero explanation, no assistance and said someome MIGHT call me within 3 days. MIGHT. When I INSISTED I wld need a loaner was told it wld be covered up to $50/day, which means I’d be out of pocket $5-$7/day for MONTHS!!! WTF??!!
Come on @Chrysler@Jeep get your software figured out. There are constant bugs in your software for 2024 Jeep now CarPlay causes the dash to keep flashing when will that be fixed?
@livingwell47 Hi Judy. We can understand your frustration with this circumstance. We would like to help with this matter. Please private message us with additional information, so we can further assist you. Thank you. ^GC
@Jeep I have a 2022 compass with 13,000 miles and purchased new. However the driver seat panel is broken and I’m being told it’s not covered. To me this seems to be a factory issue due to the manufacturer & problems reported by many jeep owners.
@Yankees782773 Hello, this is not the experience we want you to have. Please send us a DM with the last eight characters of the VIN or your case number so we can look into this further for you. ^YA
@Jeep@Chrysler@jeepwaves@ChryslerCares@JeepCares been told there is nothing they can do and been transferred and hung up on. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have owned 5 Jeep/Dodge in the past.
@Jeep@Chrysler@jeepwaves@ChryslerCares@JeepCares have a had horrible experience with your customer service, did not have car for 2 months due to an issue with engine called for assistance and your customer service has nothing been but disrespectful and unhelpful.
@cyb0rmah3m Hi Daniel! The tag is certainly appreciated. Our team is happy to have this reviewed to see where support can be offered. At any time, DM us, and we can go from there! ^CT
Why is it impossible to speak to a US-based @Jeep rep? My 2023 4xe has been out of service since December. I need an American corporate advocate to handle my case, not another script from an offshore center. Help me out, @Jeep. @StellantisNA
@haztech79 Hi Derek. We can understand your frustration with this circumstance. We would like to help with this matter. Please private message us with additional information, so we can further assist you. Thank you. ^GC
@Jeep can I please speak to someone in the US about our Wrangler? We haven’t had it in months, and may not have it back by July or later. Please contact me ASAP.
@chioubaccalovin That must be an incredibly frustrating experience, Chiou. Certainly one we never want for our customers. At any time, connect with us via DM with more details, and we can follow up from there for potential answers. ^CT
I’m reaching out to Jeep and Stellantis because I am currently stuck in an endless, expensive, and dangerous repair cycle with my 2021 Gladiator Mojave (60,500 miles).
Here is the "Jeep Life" I’ve been living lately:
1. The Misfire #1: Engine started misfiring. Took it to the dealer. They charged me $2,000+ to change spark plugs.
2. The "Fixed" Fail: Got the car back, and it misfired again almost immediately.
3. The Diagnosis: Took it back in. They charged me $600 just to tell me the Catalytic Converter was destroyed.
4. The Fight: They tried to charge me $2,500 for the CAT, but I had to argue the Federal Clean Air Act (8yr/80k mile warranty) before they finally agreed to cover it. They still refused to refund the original $2,000 for the "repair" that didn't work.
5. The New Noise: Picked it up again, and now there's a loud grinding noise when turning right (likely a botched heat shield install).
6. The Misfire #3: That same weekend? Another engine misfire.
Now the dealer is refusing to acknowledge the grinding noise and wants to charge me ANOTHER $2,500 just to borescope the engine.
@Jeep@StellantisNA@RairdonKirkland@JeepCares — You are treating the symptoms (the CAT) but ignoring the root cause (the engine misfire). A catalytic converter doesn't just "break"; it melts because the engine is failing. By refusing to fix the internal engine defect, you are just waiting for my new CAT to melt again.
@JeepCares@jeep@StellantisNA@RairdonKirkland My 2021 Gladiator is in a $7k+ repair loop. 2 misfires, $2k in plugs (didn’t work), then a melted CAT. I had to fight for the Federal Emissions Warranty, but now it’s misfiring AGAIN & I’m being charged $2,500 for a borescope.
@lilcritell415 We would like to review your experience a bit further to help address your concerns. Please send a private message our way with your vehicle's model year, mileage, and dealer to better determine next steps toward support. ^HC
That time we had a @Jeep recall but they didn’t know how to fix it, Now they can fix it but can’t update it to fix it…and we’ve been out a vehicle since Jan 16, have doubled the wear and tear on our other vehicle because they only offer $50/day for a rental.. beware of @Jeep
