@Jeep I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with how you respond to customers. 7 months making payments on your electric vehicle trying to get it shipped from Hawaii to California and still not able to do so. Absolute joke of customer service from a multi billion dollar company.

Horrible experience with Jeep customer service. 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down and had to be towed to the dealership. They told me there’s no diagnostic slot available until next week and refused to provide a rental vehicle, even though my contract says I’m eligible @Jeep

@Luq07 @Jeep @StellantisNA @Stellantis I’m so frustrated. It doesn’t seem like real life in 2026! This has ruined any faith I had in Jeep. I love my Wagoneer but it’s not worth the stress, financial loss and aggravation this has caused to me and my family. I’ll go back to my Tahoe where I had ZERO issues.

@ClaudiaParrelli @Jeep @StellantisNA @Stellantis I'll never buy another @stellantisNA vehicle again. I spent 8 months without my '21 Jeep Renegade waiting on a clock spring. I've had so many weird problems that I haven't experienced in my 40 years of car ownership & the car still doesn't work properly despite multiple repairs.
