@ArchHimself is there any other benefits to this other than to turn it off while training?

firstly, i removed all apps off my phone and turned off all notifications, spending 6+ hrs a day on my phone and picking it up 300+ times was killing my focus, wrecking my workouts and overall was keeping me distracted

@spenaldo Yea I envy you for that but it is my fault, i watched a bit of the globals and still wanted my old friends to do well but just felt weird to me idk. I am so disconnected from that ‘world’ now

@JEN7FN 90% of my closest friends are from fortnite I just no longer correlate them as ‘fortnite friends’ there just my friend group. So that’s the reason i still follow and occasionally play a bit of creative, if anything makes the nostalgia worse cos im so bad now haha
