It’s quite difficult to find references for subsurface scattering on darker skin tones and it aggervates me a little

Anyway! That’s my gripe for the day I think people should do lighting studies on darker tones more often

Usually I can just guess but light doesn’t pass through the skin the same so when every reference is the palest person ever I gotta dig for longer just to see how the light will affect the skin
