My approach (laid out in the pod last night) would be minimal buyout but absurd bonuses for success (+$5mil for conf title, $3mil for CFP, $10mil for national title). Won’t pay not to coach, but if you win, you’ll make LOTS of money

@primediscussion Not sure if this has already been addressed, but in addition to publicly endorsing the false narrative that we can't compete in an NIL world, he's also essentially knocking the players we have now ... the current team ... like if we had better players we'd be winning. Not great.
