@davefsu47 @AniruddhC1108 Lawyer here: nobody accused of a criminal or civil offense is ever required to “explain” innocence of accusations. Burden is on accuser to PROVE claims - beyond a reasonable doubt in criminal or preponderance of evidence in civil. Helpful?
