Tough loss, game changed after Smith fouled out. Arguably McKay’s best coached game during my four years as a student.
Obviously not the greatest ending to the season, but 26 wins, Zach Cleveland’s historic season, Brett Decker’s scoring all need to be celebrated

@AnotherJerryLU @JCManson If Chadwell was truly that effective on year 1 and did it all on his own… then why are we facing the worst seasons in a long time on year 2 and 3, especially considering our SOS continues to be one of the worst in almost all FBS.

@AnotherJerryLU @JCManson A lot of players that Freeze brought in stayed and played under Chadwell… including some of the top playmakers (Salter, Daniels, Sibley, Frith, Dupree, Green, Singleton, Jolly, Reese, Brazile, Dixon, Carter, etc). Sure, Chadwell brought in RBs I’ll give him that.

@AnotherJerryLU @JCManson I mean that’s true to a degree 😂 but the team that had the greatest season was setup/influenced more by Freeze than Chadwell imo - but it still happened under his reign, I agree.

For all of the problems over the years with the NCAA, and there have been many, they aren't the ones who killed college sports. The courts are the ones who have kicked the door wide open with NIL, unlimited transfers, extra eligibility for JUCO players, & schools paying players.

Meanwhile, the NCAA argues to this Court that high school seniors are harmed if a 22- or 23-year-old former junior college player plays one more year of college football”

James Madison is set to hire Liberty’s Josh Linam as co-defensive coordinator and linebackers coach, sources tell @CBSSports. Had been at Liberty the last three years after time as an analyst at Auburn and Georgia Tech, a DC at Catawba and an LB coach at Jacksonville State.

@ASeaofRed The number 1 objective, the primary focus of a football program, should be winning! LU is “too Christian” and “nice.” I’ve lost hope of success. Always a flame & fan but the shine is gone and it’s not coming back. Chadwell is a used car salesman and we bought the lemon.
