@playbymail I hope you enjoy it! I often say that the novella is perfect length for a story. No fluff, but you can explore the characters. I love writing them.

The Malthusian Correction This is the book that I have decided upon to read next in 2026. It was written by author JG Faherty (@JGFaherty). Primary factors in my decision to choose this one as my 4th book to read, this year, are: Page Length = 94 pages for the Kindle version. Book Summary - Which I previously read from last year. Off the top of my head, I don't recall whether I read the entire book summary on Amazon, or just a part of it. What I do recall about it is that it stuck with me, and I enjoyed what I read of it. The page count of a book is something that allows me to "see the light at the end of the tunnel." In other words, at just 94 pages long, this book can only last just so long, whether I like it or not. Yet, far worse than actual page count/length of any given book is my tendency to pause reading, and then not picking it right back up. Entire days can come and go, before I resume reading any given book. Of course, why I delay resuming reading a book that I've already started reading can typically be due to a variety of different reasons. It isn't always due to the same reason, but I am trying to deliberately change certain habits of mine, and that process can sometimes take some time before a given habit change actually takes hold.
