@AGoldFan I'm a pretty big Man U supporter, however I was ardently against the Superleague idea. In contrast, I love the premier golf league idea. To be honest, I would love to see the old boy network of pro golf get it's cage rattled a touch. JMO

@AGoldFan also, and sorry but I'm fascinated by this, there's the fact that premier league players are grown from within the clubs. Each club has an academy and a youth club. Often female arms of the club too. They don't tie sports to school...so that's a roadblock for the U.S.

@AGoldFan love that Fútbol came up on your program, though, gotta push back a tad. I live in Henderson, about ten minutes north of Oxford. There are a lot of teenage kids who play pickup soccer at the YMCA here, and in the big field beside the orphanage in Oxford.
