@rtwtogether Yes we do get them, but they are newsletters and they are not priority at the moment. But an official letter from BID updating us on the situation, would certainly have been read.

It’s been clearly on our last three e-newsletters and numerous tweets.

@rtwtogether @TWBC_ChiefExec @BritishInsurers I am sorry to say you did, your answer was that we still had to pay. At no point did you say that you were looking into legal options to assist us. No help was offered at all. Unless I missed it?

@JHSTeam @TWBC_ChiefExec @BritishInsurers We didn’t gloss over or at all. The levy invoices were printed and posted before the shutdown was even a possibility. We are now looking at what legal options we have available to us to assist levy payers.

Shops being boarded up in town because insurance requires it if they’re closed for 30 days - will further damage the high street and put a further financial burden on businesses already facing unbelievable challenges. Please sort it out @BritishInsurers

@RishiSunak Our business has a rateable value of 51k. We are a small retail store that has been in business for 24 years. Our rateable value is high because we operate from two shops knocked into one. We are not a large business, where is the help for us?
