It’s not coincidence that Woodland win comes right after talking about his mental health struggles, I’d argue it’s actually a huge reason for it in fact. It’s so hard to walk around acting as if you’re ok when you’re not. Lying to everyone that you are ok, when you’re dying inside. I can’t imagine that feeling as a public figure like Gary. I hope this result for Gary helps other athletes and people to talk about their mental health struggles. Tell anyone. What a win.

Jhared Hack’s trip to India is off to an unreal start. Won Q-school Won the first event 2nd in points. Now is playing in the @pgtofindia new team league. Today in his match he was all square on 18 and hit his drive in the trees. All he did was drain it from 180 yards to win

18 holes to go. Top 2 get 7 @HPlanner_Tour starts. Mark is 3 back of the number. A 66 today and we will be doing content from India, Uzbekistan, and Kenya.

Hell yes!! @Jhackgolf just won his first start on the India Pro Tour with a final round 59* to win by 5. Jhared has become a good friend, we helped raise money for him a few times. Truly one of the nicest people in golf. Won the 2007 Western Am, beat Rickie and DJ in match play. Turned pro at 18. Now 20 years into his pro career he is still grinding. Years of driver yips. It got so bad his friends would try to convince him to not play in Vegas money games, they would feel guilty taking his money. He refused. Found his way out of them. Battled back. A ton of mini-tour players have been broke, but no one as many times as Jhared. And no one plays better when he's broke. Has won mini-tour events multiple times when his cards were maxed and it was win or be done. Has played most every tour in the world. DP, PGA, KFT, Latin, Canada, Morocco, China, and now India. After he missed at 2nd stage here he told @markbaldwin1 he was going to play in India. We thought he was crazy (we still think he's crazy) . He won 1st stage there, finished 2nd at final, now won in his first start. Gets $25,000 for the win, will get into 2 Hotel Planners events, possible a DP event. Moved up 2000 spots in OWGR. Talked to him this morning when I woke up, he was ecstatic. “Going to have some beers” before he gets on his way to next weeks event. I love it, every second of it. This is why I started this account, for wins like this at events no one has ever heard of. (* par 69, around 6,000 yards. A 59 to win is impressive regardless, but for full context)

@acaseofthegolf1 Played with him final round of first stage. Made 40 footer on 15, 20 footer on 16th for birdie , 8 footer on 17 for birdie , and chipped it to a few feet on 18 for birdie all to get in on the number. Stones!!!

Pretty cool story from yesterday. The Platte Valley Pro-am is a very cool event in Nebraska. There is a pro tournament along w the pro-am portion of it Winner of the pro tournament gets $10,000. @Jhackgolf has played for years and helped @markbaldwin1 get a spot. Jhared and Mark have been great friends for years. Last night Mark birdied three of the last four holes to get into a playoff with Jhared. And then the two of them played a five hole playoff. Mark made four birdies in the five holes….and lost. Jhared made an eagle on the fifth playoff hole to win. Mark said “I wanted to win, but I wouldn't have known about the event if it wasn't for Jhared, so if I was going to lose in a playoff, glad it was to him”

The good people of golf: Yesterday in the 2nd round of the Scottsdale Open, @markbaldwin1 hit 17 greens and shot 1 under. He was obviously frustrated. After the round he asked @Jhackgolf to look at his putting stroke. Jhared had missed the cut but stuck around and helped him. They worked on keeping his lower body more stable. Mark said as soon as Jhared pointed it out and they fixed it, he made three 15 footers in a row and went home. Today Mark shot 63. And will finish top 5 in a 130 player field. Mark owes Jhared a dinner.

WNBA players need to realize: - The only reason the WNBA is relevant is because of Caitlin Clark - There’s a difference between competitiveness and unsportsmanlike conduct. - Jealousy of Caitlin Clark will continue to force fans to dislike them and tune out. - If Caitlin Clark wasn’t in the league, millions of sports fans like myself wouldn’t be interested in watching the games. - Clark is the hand that is feeding them. They’re making more money and able to fly charter because of her. WNBA players, you don’t have to like Caitlin Clark but you have to respect the opportunities she’s introduced for individual players and the league as a whole. Be grateful.
