I had never experienced a flood before, and I had no idea what to expect. I am absolutely amazed by the professionalism of the Servpro Team Phillips/Smith. They didn’t just clean up the mess (which is all I thought SERVPRO did!)—they managed every detail: packing everything up, moving me out, coordinating the replacement of my carpet with Corvin's Furniture & Flooring of Lexington, moving me back in, unpacking everything, and even vacuuming before they left. We got a good ole donnybrook at the end of the second. At one point, two guys were on Dmitri Voronkov -- former #CBJ Josh Dunne had him in a headlock -- so Kirill Marchenko came flying in. Good scrum there.
