Tough one today vs Murrah. Final was 20–8, with a garbage‑time touchdown at the end — but the score doesn’t tell the whole story. We lined up with 7 ninth graders, 3 sophomores, and 1 senior. That’s not an excuse — that’s the reality of a young team being thrown into the fire and refusing to back down. Our guys played hard, played together, and kept swinging. Losing hurts, and it’s tough trying to pull positives out of a game like this… but the truth is, there are positives. We’re young. We’re learning. We’re growing. And every rep, every mistake, every snap is building the team we’re becoming. Proud of the fight. Proud of the effort. We’ll keep climbing.
