We were excited to host a FIRST® LEGO® League Indonesia friendly tournament at JIS Pondok Indah Elementary (PIE). It was an amazing day of learning, as our JIS Middle School and Elementary students competed alongside visiting teams in STEAM challenges.⁠

It was a weekend of high energy and incredible talent, featuring student athletes from British School Jakarta (BSJ), Tzu Chi School, Intercultural School of Bogor (ISB), Sekolah Pelita Harapan (SPH), PPOP DKI Jakarta, PASI Tangerang and International School Kuala Lumpur (ISKL).⁠

The JIS Middle School 2025 Weber Classic Track and Field Invitational recently brought together over 300 student-athletes from across Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, and Kuala Lumpur.

We recently welcomed students from the International School of Kuala Lumpur and Singapore American School to our campus for a two-day Middle School choir exchange. Titled "Corak Seni," this event brought young singers together to explore cultural connections through song.⁠ ⁠

We welcomed over 30 presenters, including JIS alumni, faculty, and parents, who shared their experiences across fields such as Business & Finance, Marketing & PR, Entrepreneurship, Diplomacy, Hospitality, Education, Engineering, Health & Medicine, Law, Sustainability, and Tech.

Our elementary students recently stepped into the world of Javanese karawitan to explore the rhythms and melodies of the Gamelan. This experience is more than just a music lesson; it helps our young learners understand and appreciate Indonesia’s rich heritage.⁠
