Let's give it up for our Health & Wellness Grantee , New Beginnings Family Academy in Bridgeport, CT. Recently, NBFA celebrated the opening of a new kitchen that will provide fresh-food prepared onsite. NBFA provides delicious and nutritious food to their students.

15-year-old Kai Jones of JJ DC Chapter won first place in the 2022 JJ Eastern Region Art Contest! This portrait "Homecoming! Together at last" is a tribute to @jackandjillinc. Kai Jones is an amazing artist and we are here for all of this #BlackExcellence and #BlackBoyJoy!

The kids in grades PreK -2nd at JJ Portsmouth Chapter met via zoom for some science fun! The kids were dressed in lab coats and goggles in their exploratory laboratories, and they performed 6 hands on science experiments! We love to see our Jack and Jill's learning and exploring!

March is National Women's History Month! 🎉 🎉 National Women's History Month was created to focus attention on the contributions of Women in the United States. We are celebrating and showing our love and appreciation for women ALL MONTH LONG!

Let's get into this #BlackFamilyMagic! We invest in programs and services that work to develop and support building strong families; unapologetically the Black Family! We know that the support structure formed out of strong family bonds lead to success throughout life.

Our 2022 Jazz Brunch Fundraiser will be happening in two short days! Will you be there with Grammy Award Winner Joe Ham and the Hamit Up Crew? Proceeds from this fundraiser will support programs in of our focus areas; including our HBCU GAP Fund!

One of our key focus areas is health and wellness in the African-American community, and COVID-19 is hitting the Black community at alarming numbers. Vaccines work best when as many people as possible get vaccinated. Everyone age 5 and older can get a #COVID19 vaccine.

Let's give it up for our grantee @semlink! 👏🏾 👏🏾 SEM Link is a non-profit that exposes youth to STEM and STEM careers! We are so excited to be able to invest in programs like SEM to keep our youth educated and excited for the wonders of the world!

We want you THERE! On Mar. 13, we'll be hosting a Jazz Brunch Fundraiser! We invest in programs that align with our key focus areas: Education, Health and Wellness and building strong families. Proceeds from this fundraiser will support all of our programs including our GAP Fund!
