I just said there was clear communication on the plan. Doesnt mean guys love it, they clearly don't. But they arent confused by it.
I also don't love it. I think Luis should be a full time BP arm because that will help us the most long term.

Yeah the results of it have actually been solid. My problem is there seems to be a very poor communication from wilson to the players. Blame Jerry I guess but I keep hearing how great Dan is in clubhouse but these players seem shocked/pissed in real time

Hypocrisy is my least favorite quality in people. 1) When the #Mariners let Castillo pitch the 7-8-9 against the White Sox to "protect his feelings," they were in the wrong. 2) When they pulled him after four solid innings, not caring about his feelings, they are in the wrong. There are issues with this piggyback, absolutely, and I'd ditch it, but that sentiment is shocking to me.

Luis was pulled at 68 pitches, 2 times through the lineup. See a theme?
Nobody said it isnt complicated, but there is a clear plan, the players know it.

Fans were "surprised" and didnt know what the plan was, and that is being misconstrued as players not knowing, when they literally are telling you they knew.

Massey with a perfect 2 strike bunt. Woo gets to it, makes an athletic play but the throw is wide. Runners on 2nd and 3rd with nobody out in the 5th.
