We have a video show planned, I want to continue reviewing tech products, and I'd like to hire to add to the team. -Semi-open floor plan to record a tech video podcast -2,500 to 5,000 sqft in Manhattan -24/7 access, good security & reliable package delivery -A spot we can build out a show set (without breaking it down every night, so most WeWorks won't do) -Ideally able to host small collab events with brands Any advice is welcome as we begin the journey!
