It is fair, esp wrt old pre-reset way people thought and talked about @tZERO - but let me offer a contrarian view - ATS activity in and of itself is becoming a less exclusive element of assessing tZERO and its value prop. As discussed, as we diversify the piecemeal asset onboarding supply/demand strategy to include partner-driven Infrastructure as a Service offering which can tap a number of capabilities that we offer to FI and asset partners (including on chain custody) in addition to trading, as well as the multi-asset platform and leveraging our other historically overlooked monetisable strengths such as the VI investor database. As we have shown with Lynq (just an example), we have the regulatory moat and the operational know-how to be the regulated rails supporting the migration of financial markets into the web3 economy (esp as AI interoperability accelerates that process). ATS activity in and of itself isn’t the sole sign of life anymore. And I’ll tell you this - as discussed the other day re AI as force function in tokenization - tech is no longer the key differentiator, you can rebuild most large scale marquee tech nowadays in a short period of time - regulatory/operations/know how most is what matters since those things are hard to replace quickly and ROI may not be there vs renting same from @tZERO.

So I spend a good portion of the weekend digging for all things @tzero and what I find gets me pumped up but then I log in and see a volume of 370 and I think that maybe the knuckleheads on Telegram are right.

For a private tokenized security it trades well (and has been relatively stable in turbulent digital asset markets these last few months) - but i know that’s a comparative statement - I’m not satisfied with the dynamic on the platform as you know and we are working to add more demand/liquidity partners, including by defragmenting the ATSs per my earlier point. Fundamentals of TZROP terms and tZERO’s performance matter also and we need to monetize our infrastructure and drive revenue to address that. More broadly as we think about our potential footprint as a public company in a tokenized marketplace - if and when that happens - we will need to simplify our capital structure in a thoughtful way. I am aware that this uncertainty is also weighing on TZROP and we are looking to address it. More broadly TZROP, its role as a bellwether tokenized private asset for many years and of course our community have been important to the tZERO story and it’s important to continue to acknowledge that.

I login into @tZERO and I see $TZROP up a few ticks so 😎, then I look at volume🥴. Maybe some day it will be
