Culture building is the same. Senior leaders provide structure & direction from the top down, while frontline staff bring energy, behaviours, & daily standards from ground up. If a layer is weak, the whole thing collapses. Culture is everyone’s responsibility

This offender was identified by Live Facial Recognition (LFR).
After reviewing the alert, officers arrested him for breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
Since static LFR cameras were deployed in Croydon, we’ve made over 170 arrests, including suspects wanted for kidnap, rape, and serious sexual assault.

4 years ago, on my due date🤰🏼I was told I’d won this award 🏆
Couple of weeks later & 13 days postpartum I travelled up 🚂 with my precious Boy 4 🤱🏼 supported by my Mama to receive it.
Still very proud of all we have achieved 💙
