@RDeans2 Yes, I see that. But there is no mention of a time stamp. So even with the time stamp they wouldn't be counted.🤔 Plus, why would it end on 8pm on Tuesday? If it comes in at 10pm, it would still be on election day, no?🤔

@JJZanko I could be wrong, but I believe it has something to do with implications of voter fraud. When the polls close at the end of the day on Tuesday, voting is over. I believe you need the date stamped for your mail-in to be counted if it comes in after that Tuesday threshold.
