MP @RupertLowe10 lays out the barbarity of halal slaughter & @NazShahBfd intervenes to say most Halal is stunned. Lowe says it is a lower voltage & I can add the animal has to be conscious enough to hear the Islamic prayer called Tasmiyah or Basmalah.
