@mortarmag53 @spittinchiclets It's based on leverage though. Dallas cannot afford to lose Robertson for nothing so if you want a legitimate player to replace him, they'll have to pay for that. They could also just risk going into free agency and trying to sign a guy without giving up assets.

@SethOliveras UTEP isn't a NAIA or Juco team like in fall ball. They aren't anywhere near the worst D1 team either. OU emptied the bench in the third inning and stopped taking questionable extra bases. Not much more possible without intentionally getting out and that's more of an insult.

So what are your thoughts on OU's 34-0 run-rule win over UTEP? I've heard mixed takeaways that honestly kind of surprise me. As someone who watched the game, I don't see what Oklahoma should have done differently. They emptied the bench early. They didn't chase extra bases or run home on wild pitches several times. The ultimate disrespect would've been to stop playing the way every athlete is coached to play, right? Or is that what you think they should have done? I'm genuinely curious to hear from this side of the conversation.

OOC scheduling impacted exactly 2 playoff teams. No one said much of anything about Indiana,Tech and Oregons OOC scheduling, cause they won in league. Its pragmatic

everyone says quality wins matter, then they slot teams without quality wins above teams with them. SEC schools should schedule Rice,ULM, and Prairie View A&M until the committee demonstrates they know how to seed a tournament.
