#AllforCincy Not yet hitting the stride for YOY comparison, but will take the 3 pts. Just need to get close to 1.6 or 1.8 pts/game to stay within playoff line (currently the last team in the east and we'd have to play CBUS). Not ideal but still more season left

I've played soccer at a high level my whole life. Through college. The amount of sprinting and running I've done is hard to even fathom. 5 hours of practice a day. However, I am not and have never been insane enough to run a marathon (or half marathon). Nor would I ever want to. Those people are nuts. It's just pure masochism. Half the people end up pissing or pooping on themselves. Just running through a street to get a time to put next your name in the masochism olympics. "Hey look I ran 13.1 miles in 2:15! I pissed myself and have blisters + shin splints and no reward for this besides, but I did it!" Good luck though.

Not great updates regarding player availability for #FCCincy tomorrow vs. #RBNY: Teenage Hadebe will be out 3-4 weeks, per Pat Noonan. Nick Hagglund and Alvas Powell are out, and Miles Robinson is unlikely to be available.

Going back to Andrei Chirila's goal... he was technically the No. 8 CB on the sheet w/ Miles Robinson and Matt Miazga already out, Nick Hagglund hurt in warmups, Teenage Hadebe exiting in the 23rd min, Alvas Powell subbed off at HT with injury and given Flores and Kyle Smith started over him.

@LaurelPfahler Don't get me wrong Andrei has been great on the field. I think its more an observation that our team suffers a lot of injuries to the point that the last 2-3 seasons have been hindered to a degree by them

@JKnuevil With the struggles on defense and Miles/Matt not available and it being a midweek game, I was expecting Chirila to get minutes last night but not because three more CBs got hurt. I don’t think anyone stands out enough to suggest the 17-year-old shouldn’t be looked at more.
