Note: When acknowledged I was told that there was an "unexpected delay". Yet no one figured they would send a generic email to let customers know of the delay...? I emailed about a cancelation and refund and no surprise I heard nothing. Then I get an email today saying it was

Legit the biggest scam. I ordered prior to Christmas, and when I got a shipment update it was on December 24th with label made but delivery date pending. Emailed them 3 times and was only acknowledged twice. Terrible customer service. I even paid extra for their VIP shipping.
