Prayer to Saint Rita of Cascia
O Holy Patroness of those in need,
Saint Rita, so humble, pure, and patient,
whose pleadings with your Divine Lord
are almost irresistible,
who for your lavishness in granting favors
have been called the Advocate of the hopeless
and even of the impossible
Saint Rita, so lowly, so pure,
so mortified, so patient,
and of such compassionate love
for your crucified Jesus,
that you could obtain from Him
whatever you ask
on account of all this,
we confidently have recourse to you,
expecting, if not always relief,
at least comfort.
Be favorable to our petition,
showing your power with God
on behalf of your suppliant.
Be generous to us,
as you have been in so many wonderful cases,
for the greater glory of God,
for the spreading of your own devotion,
and for the consolation of those
who trust in you.
We promise, if our petition is granted,
to glorify your name
by making known your favor,
and singing your praises forever.
Relying, then, upon your merits and power
before the Sacred Heart of Jesus,
we pray:

Obtain for us our request
by the singular merits of your childhood,
by your perfect union with the Divine Will,
by your heroic sufferings during your married life,
by the consolation you experienced
at the conversion of your husband,
by the sacrifice of your children
rather than see them grievously offend God,
by the miraculous entrance into the convent,
by your severe penances
and thrice-daily bloody scourgings,
by the suffering caused
by the wound you received
from the thorn of your crucified Savior,
by the Divine love which consumed your heart,
by that remarkable devotion
to the Blessed Sacrament
on which alone you existed for four years,
by the happiness with which you parted
from your trials to join your Divine Spouse,
and by the perfect example you gave
to people of every state of life.
Pray for us, O Holy Saint Rita,
that we may be made worthy
of the promises of Christ.

ORACIÓN PARA EL DOMINGO 5 DE ABRIL 🙏
Amado Dios, en este DOMINGO DE RESURRECCIÓN me acerco a Ti con un corazón lleno de gratitud, fe y esperanza. Hoy celebramos el día más glorioso, el día en que la vida venció a la muerte, el día en que Jesús resucitó y nos recordó que Tu amor tiene la última palabra.
Señor, gracias por Tu amor infinito. Gracias por el sacrificio de Jesús y por el milagro de su resurrección, que nos enseña que después de la oscuridad siempre llega la luz, que después del dolor siempre llega la esperanza y que ningún problema es más grande que Tu poder.
Padre amado, hoy recordamos que la tumba quedó vacía y que con ese milagro nació una promesa eterna para nuestras vidas: la promesa de que contigo siempre hay un nuevo comienzo.
Señor, así como Jesús resucitó, te pido que también renueves mi vida. Resucita mi esperanza, fortalece mi fe y levanta mi corazón cuando se sienta cansado o preocupado.
Padre amado, en este día santo quiero darte gracias por Tu bondad, por Tu compañía y por todas las bendiciones que cada día derramas sobre mi vida y sobre mi familia.
Te pido que este Domingo de Resurrección sea un día lleno de paz, de alegría y de esperanza. Que Tu presencia llene mi corazón y que Tu amor ilumine cada momento de este día.
Señor, bendice mi hogar, bendice a mi familia y bendice cada uno de nuestros caminos. Protégelos, cuídalos y acompáñalos en todo momento.
Padre amado, abre puertas de prosperidad, de bienestar y de nuevas oportunidades. Permite que nuestros esfuerzos den fruto y que podamos avanzar con fe hacia un futuro lleno de bendiciones.
Señor, así como hoy celebramos el milagro más grande, te pido que también derrames milagros en nuestra vida. Trae soluciones donde hay problemas, esperanza donde hay tristeza y alegría donde hoy hay preocupación.
Gracias, Dios, porque el mensaje de este día nos recuerda que Tu amor siempre vence, que Tu luz siempre regresa y que contigo siempre hay esperanza.
Hoy celebramos, hoy agradecemos y hoy confiamos en que grandes bendiciones están en camino. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén 🙏🍂✨
