@JLP30303433 @thosethatcan I’m terms of SLT, it helps that I’m part of it BUT if you believe that the support is needed, and it will impact staff wellbeing, there is little your SLT could argue with. I originally sent out information to staff about a local series of NHS menopause lunchtime zoom chats…

@amyvinni @thosethatcan I would love to start something like this at my school as there are few of us who have rushed chats in the toilets in between lessons. I’d be interested to know how you approached it with your SLT and how you ‘launched’ it amongst your female staff.

@thosethatcan I’ve started a Menopause Support Group at school and the space it has given staff to talk and share how they are feeling has been so well received. We meet termly and have a what’s app group - staff are sharing remedies and podcasts etc - they feel listened to and seen now.
