@TSA precheck not showing up on boarding pass and impossible to check status of account via your website. Just says "Pre-enrolled" even though I've had an active account for years. Why is this such a chore??
@Citi I'm trying to make a payment so that I can get tires on my car- standing here in the dealership looking like a fool because your site is down and mobile payment. SUPER inconvenient. When will this be fixed???
